Cashew Salad
Cashew Salad:
1 head iceburg lettuce 1/2 bag spinach 4 small apples or 2 large apples cored and sliced 1/2 lb grated swiss cheese (I have also used cheddar) 1 (14 ounces) can cashews Dressing 3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon Colemans dry mustard 1/3 cup cider vinegar 1 tablespoon chopped onion 1 cup salad oil (or olive oil) -- Steve Everyone has a photographic memory. Some folks just don't have any film. |
