Does anyone have suggestions for homemade camping food? I am especially
interested in side dish suggestions. Thanks!

That would depend a lot on the kind of camping you have in mind. It
makes a difference whether you are going to have your car nearby with
an ice chest and cooking equipment, or an RV, or just roughing it or
backpacking.

No 'cricks' around here to speak of. Could put beer in the ocean, but it's
around 83 degrees! Warm beer anyone? :~)
