Crockpot question

I am trying to decide which kind of crock pot I want for Christmas. I'd
like a fairly large one...enough to cook for 2 adults and 1 child and have
leftovers for the next night).

What is everyone's favorite?

Thanks,
SC

Crockpot question

From what you have said it needs to be capable of holding at least five
litres.

Crockpot question

Ask for something else

Bad news: I've had a crockpot for all of 20 years and dug it out a =
couple of days ago. Made pot roast which was good. Veggies sucked - =
hard carrots, different textured onions and the potatoes took on some =
kind of hard skin (I remembered that from way back). Suppose I =
could/should have par boiled but that sort of defeats the purpose.

Good news is......you'll have lots of leftovers.
