Lemon chicken
 

It was dinner Sunday (???) night.


Had some of the Chicken Rice leftover, so made up a fried rice with that last
night, and the SO made some sort of stirfry to go with it, while I was out.

The Chicken Rice was made with Basmati rice and some of my (very glutinous)
chicken stock with little bits of chicken meat and seasonings throughout.
