Scroll down into the comments. They're rather interesting.
On the second page of comments, a guy from Argentina
uploaded a picture of how they roast a whole lamb.
It's a lot different than I would have guessed. For one
thing, it's still got all of its wool. :-)

oh, gross! have you ever smelled burning wool? gag...
my neighbors to the back (in a different house) used to roast whole
lambs at least once a year & it was so tantalizing drifting on the
breeze. but they had the sense to skin the beast first!

I saw it claimed recently that Wagyu steak fat is good for you -- more
Omega-3 than Atlantic salmon! ;-)
