Default pea greens

At the farmers' market today got some pea leafs as salad greens. They
were great. Don't know why I hadn't heard or thought of this before.
Very delilcate. Taste like fresh sweet peas. Hope that the vendor is
there again next week, and that mine eventually come in.

Stir-fried snow pea tips are tough to beat when they're done by someone
who knows how. I think trimming them first is the trick.
