We had an ad from one of the closeout stores today offering GTC
cookware from the 15th largest grocery chain somewhere out West.

Anyone ever heard of this? Is it any good? I don't need anything,
but if it's good stuff, I could find a use for it<g>

did the ad mention the name of the chain, or the section of the
western states?

No. That's why i figured this would be my best chance of finding
outl. I'll probably head over there later this morning to check the
quality. This store gets a lot of stuff from all over creation, and
many times, they are legally bound (they say) not to reveal the brand
or source. That's usually a clue that they've got something good
(much of their stuff is there because noone wanted it at the regular
prices at the regular stores) but not always. One time I recall, they
had leftovers from when some drugstore chain merged. Talk about Junk!

No I am not familiar with the brand
..
100+ year old Department Store chain in the central California Gottschalks
is in the final stages of liquidation.

No grocery Chains going out that I know of.
