That looks rather good. I did something similar the other day just
because I lacked a handy bowl and the eggs turned out well.

I think I'll try his approach to mushrooms and tomatoes though I find
that our tomatoes just don't cook as well as the UK ones A chef
from Alaska whom I was talking to a couple of weeks ago says that he
has no problem growing them so I wonder if it's a matter of latitude?

How is that easier? And is it a good idea to have kids and the
elderly futzing around with a pot of boiling water? What's so ****ing
hard about stirring some ****ing eggs in a skillet? Wow, a pot of
boiling water and a ziplock ****ing bag would be so much easier!
Moron.

And boiled in a bag wouldn't qualify as scrambled, may as well leave them in
the shell... in a condom or shell they still be boiled eggs.

For a couple three scrambled use a pan... how can you tell which are best...
BEST are those with the greatest ratio of butter to egg.

For large quantities, like scrambled for a half dozen to a crowd of a
hundred or more, use a double boiler... lotsa buddah of course.

In a food grade plastic bag like zip-loc, nothing. But I'd worry more about
the air in the bag expanding, popping the bag open in under ten seconds, and
the eggs spewing out to make lousy egg drop soup. I don't believe the OP
has ever actually done this because it's just not possible... this is what's
known as a cock, bull, and HEN story!
