Fine. But who is making the allegation that all Noo Yawkers are typical?
Disagree with Sheldon if you like, but the rest is a stereotype.

I'm from New Jersey and no one I knew who lived there pronounced it like
you spelled it. Only people from other states who really know very
little about the state pronounce it that way. <g>

Of course not; he is an exhibitionistic asshole trying to carve a
unique identity by massacring both our language and our spelling
of it. But you are right, he really knows very little about the
state and about anything else. Simply a babbling fool.

Oh, **** you. After you blow me for a few minutes. Are you good at
either one of those?

While it was meant to be a joke,. I do indeed know at least one
person who has that namesake Joisey accent and does indeed pronounce
it that way, as well as *******izing the rest of the ENglish
language in the classic accent.

I suspect finding a true Jersian is like finding a true Texan when
it comes to accents - I do now know anybody with a classic Texas
accent. But there are indeed Texans and Jersians that have their
accents.

And that's the truth wether you like it or not. Sorry I offended
your piddly little useless state.

There was nothing incoherent about my sober response (which you
snipped because you knew I was right). Which part didn't you
understand? Or which part are you disagreeing with? We all know
I'm right.

What is it with people, when proven wrong, just resort to calling
the other person drunk? What a bunch of chicken-shit pussies.

If you're in a public place,
and you hear a loud voice
complaining about EVERYTHING
you've just heard a Noo Yawker.

If you're in line, and someone insistently
nudges in ahead of you,
you've just met a NooYawker.

If your'e on a plane, or in a stadium,
and the person next to you
wants their space AND some of yours,
you've just felt a Noo Yawker

If you're in a nice restaurant,
and the person at the next table
is SHOUTING into their cellphone ( non-stop )
You've just experienced a Noo Yawker.
