I'm sorry about the sig tests, I thought I had 0.verizon.test open but I
made a mistake. For the record, "-- CR" (two spaces) does not work as
a sig marker for Outlook Express.

The two space one does not delete the sig line when I reply. The one
space one works fine. I don't use Outlook Express.

Thought you might want to know.

It didn't work! Your .sig didn't get chopped.

Thanks for the test. I knew that one space works for my newsreader, but
had never tried two.

For those who are really interested, there is a group:

misc.test

where you can test to your heart's content. I have tested there several
times.

I only use 0.verizon.test because, being one of the few ngs outside the
rec. groups that Verizon still supports, it is very fast. I'd have to
use news.motzarella.org (or the like) for misc.test or alt.test etc.
