Microwaved Myers creamed chipped beef on unsalted buttered Milton's wgww
toasts!

AND a square of dark chocolate.

AND two peanut butter filled pretzel nuggets.

I know... I'll probably go to Hell now!

Did your mother ever tell you that you are different? ;-)

For breakfast, I had an Italian omelet, filled with mozzarella,
pepperoni and a few green onion tops, served with a little marinara sauce.

Becca,

Never but she shook her head every time she looked at me! :D

Best,

A lovely batch of fresh green beans, steamed, then added butter, salt
free lemon pepper and some sesame seeds! There was 16 oz. of them and I
was unable to finish them all. :-)

Dad finally woke up and has not eaten much in the past 2 days since I
brought him home from the hospital, so I made him a sausage and jack
cheese omelet topped with some muenster cheese. I used 6 eggs. He
needed the protein!

I had two bites of that but he ate about 2/3 of the rest of it before
getting stuffed. The rest is in the 'frige for him for later...

6 slices of bacon, 3 sausage patties, three cheese omelet with
avocado, coffee with a shot of Jack Daniels. It's gonna be a good day!

Being on a low carb diet, I was wanting something different, so one
morning I created this Italian omelet. They do not serve it in
restaurants, but I wish they did. I can get a cheese steak omelet, a
Denver omelet and a Mexican omelet, but that is just about all they offer.

Try hot italian sausage instead of pepperoni. :)

I never worry about diets. The only carrots that
interest me are the number of carats in a diamond.

Skip the JD and that is certainly the yummiest breakfast in this
thread. I'd sub lightly basted eggs for the omelet, and add some home
fries, and maybe a buttered slice of wheat toast. Heck, throw in some
freshly squeezed Cali OJ too.

The way Andy eats seems like he's expecting to go to Hell, and he's
acclimating himself to the cuisine ahead of time.
