There was 16 oz. of them and I was unable to finish them all. :-) Dad finally woke up and has not eaten much in the past 2 days since I brought him home from the hospital, so I made him a sausage and jack cheese omelet topped with some muenster cheese. I used 6 eggs. He needed the protein! I had two bites of that but he ate about 2/3 of the rest of it before getting stuffed. The rest is in the 'frige for him for later... -- Peace! They do not serve it in restaurants, but I wish they did. I can get a cheese steak omelet, a Denver omelet and a Mexican omelet, but that is just about all they offer. Becca |

It's gonna be a good day! Skip the JD and that is certainly the yummiest breakfast in this thread. I'd sub lightly basted eggs for the omelet, and add some home fries, and maybe a buttered slice of wheat toast. Heck, throw in some freshly squeezed Cali OJ too. The way Andy eats seems like he's expecting to go to Hell, and he's acclimating himself to the cuisine ahead of time. --Bryan |
