Looks more like "shaved" or finely sliced turkey to me. I often use
"shaved" smoked chicken from the New World deli for sandwiches and it
looks like the photo. But I make mine with Swiss cheese, cucumber,
sliced pickles, avocado, tomato (if it will fit), lettuce and
mayonnaise on rye or oatbran bread. It's a mouthful alright ...
