Why not just do dried 'shrooms from the Asian store, etc. blake? They'll
do...very handy for a single person, I use them a lot meself.

Italian and Polish places have dried 'shrooms, don't know if there are many
such ethnic stores near you, but they are thick on the ground here in
Chicawgo...and I guess there is always Penzey's, etc.

i'm not sure how black mushrooms would work in an omelet.

whole foods has various dried varieties. expensive, though.

I assume, Lynn fom Fargo, is Fargo, ND... and you are saying you are
getting a Trader Joe's in Fargo, ND? If thats true, its the 1st time
i have heard of it, and would like valid evidence, since my trips to
minneapolis would be much fewer if we had a TJ's in Fargo.
