Default Surprisingly yummy snack

I was scrounging in a mostly-empty kitchen for snack food, and I hit
surprising paydirt.

Poured Thai chili sauce over goat cheese and am eating it on Club
crackers. Really very good. (I was inspired by a common party food of my
teens -- cream cheese with chili sauce poured over it.)

Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce is also great on smoked chicken sandwiches or
sandwiches using leftover chicken. I add a slice of Gruyère (or Swiss)
cheese, some lettuce, sliced cucumber and a thin layer of mayo. Yum!
