My dietician/diabetes/wellness/health educator recommends nuts as
snacks because it's a safer way to get the omega 3 oils without all the mercury. I found some nuts at Walgreens which are wonderful. "Walgreens Select" Cashew and Macadamia lend. That's it. Big fat whole cashews and good sized whole macadamias with sea salt - not too salty!. They were $5.99 for a 9 oz. can. That's a hefty price, but these are beauties. Not broken. Don't know if anybody else has them. Lynn in Fargo |
