Default Hey You Nut Lovers . . .

My dietician/diabetes/wellness/health educator recommends nuts as
snacks because it's a safer way to get the omega 3 oils without all
the mercury.

I found some nuts at Walgreens which are wonderful. "Walgreens Select"
Cashew and Macadamia lend. That's it. Big fat whole cashews and good
sized whole macadamias with sea salt - not too salty!. They were $5.99
for a 9 oz. can. That's a hefty price, but these are beauties. Not
broken. Don't know if anybody else has them.
