Default Foods that do a number on you.

Any one know if anal leakage was around in our parents and
grandparents' time? Are there natural foods that may cause anal
leakage?

If you go to the AYCE place and have the runs afterwards, is it the
same as colon clensing?

Does eating extra hot peppers or high moisture veges like cucumbers
work as well as Ex-lax?

Some people use their keyboards to relieve the pressure.
