I know nothing of Peter Lucas except the few posts I have read here. He
appears to be an unprincipled man and not someone I would consort with.

I have misconstrued nothing. The facts speak for themselves. He took it
upon himself to copy and paste medical information from a terminally ill
patient's journal and publish it on a global, public forum. He may as well
have taken a full page ad out in the New York Times. There is no excuse
for it. There is no possible way to justify it.

not discussing it in a public forum. In this day and age of electronic
technology there are other ways to distribute information if the "friend"
is unwilling to open a webpage. The simplest being private email.

There should be nothing to decide. There should be no medical information
relased for the general public to read. Do you know for a fact there has
been no trust violation? What about family members? Does this woman's
family, ouside of her husband, realize their loved one's medical
information is being freely distributed throughout the globe by Peter
Lucas?

No it was not. He did not post the journal entry verbatim as you claim. He
could post anything he pleases and it looks like people in this newsgroup
will take it at face value. That is all beside the point. No medical
information, verbatim or otherwise, should have been posted. His reasoning
for doing this, on numerous occasions, is unconscionable.

You do not know the group or Kili. Kili and her husband post that *for* us
to keep up with what is going on. Peter only crossposted what most of us
get in our own email.

Actually, I'm positive that kirkland is too stupid to be that vebose.

I checked the ISP, it's one of those that basically doesn't care what
you do as far as posting is concerned, and if other people are having a
problem with your posts, they are to get in touch with the local law
enforcement.

My money would be that "Carla Bains" is 'hey-zeus'.

That's the sort of slimey thing it would pull...... as it did previously
when it forged my name and header info in aioe.org.

All it took was one email from me, and that particular account was
cancelled.

Hence the move to www.altopia.com for 'hey-zeus'.

A simple killfile on "Carla Bains" will stop it's crap coming through.

Really? Can you explain why aioe does not, and never has - had "accounts".
That server has never required an account for posting, LOL. And it's been
down for quite some time, as is evidenced from so many comments in
various news groups.

Umm, you're seriously confused peter. I do have an altopia account, but I
don't use it for text posts, binary only. I wouldve done a few text posts
initially, but nothing relating to you, thats for sure.

It's laughable really, I've used the same server for about 18 months -
tornevall.net (sp). All you have to do is LOOK at my headers in this
group, you mentally challenged sociopath :)

about Kili's condition and know that many others do too. It's not a
