Neat. I rarely keep condiments half as long as it takes for them to go bad,
according to this chart. Most helpful were the gravy and au jus entries, for

I remember camping aroung there when I was a teen- wasn't there a town
in that area that had their own language or ? Boonville? I love that
area, and especially up near Garberville...
