What is it? Baker's makes various types of packaged or canned coconut
products, one of which used to be called "Angel Flake Coconut", and it was
not shredded. Would that be similar? I'm not familiar with the term
"coconut snow".

Howdy. Don't have a clue but it makes superb Pina Colodas & Chi Chis.
I have probably tried at least 20 different RETAIL brands of mixes,
liquids but NOTHING even comes close.

It is supposedly still available in shops in CA but I live in
Vancouver BC Canada.

I will look to see what shipping costs are to ship. I saw on the NET
that "Liquorama" sells the product for $3.00

Didn't realize it was a liquid. Is it like coconut cream or coconut milk?

It is a liquid and used in mixed drinks like Pina Colada's or Chi Chi's.

Coconut snow is coconut powder that has been finely ground and mixed
with sugar. As I recall, it's light and fluffy but tends not to stay
light and fluffy for long after opening the can. It's a unique product
and could be useful for flavoring cakes and baked goods without
resorting to grated coconut flakes. You might be able to make a similar
product by grinding coconut flakes.
