Summer Grilling Recipes with George Hirsch
 
George Hirsch Lifestyle eMagazine Summer Issue
Access dozens of George's summer recipes, grilling 101 how-to, grill
side recipes; burgers, lobster rolls, pickled coleslaw

New England Lobster Rolls
Makes six sandwiches

* 1 1/2 pounds Lobster Meat, cooked
2 ounces of chopped prosciutto
6 soft rolls
1/4 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1 green onion chopped
1 Tablespoon Chives, chopped
1 Tablespoon Parsley, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 Tablespoon fresh basil
1 teaspoon Tabasco

Cut lobster meat into 1 inch pieces. In a small bowl toss lobster
meat, prosciutto, yogurt, mayonnaise, green onion, lemon, mustard,
basil, and Tabasco.
Serve immediately on soft rolls with sliced tomatoes.

*shrimp and crab meat may be substituted

belong in a NE lobster roll.

Uh huh. Chef Hirsch has shown us a few of his recipes now and there's
something "off" with each of them. Something like stylistically
unaware changes for the sake of trying to achieve something
different. Saves us the trouble of having to click on his website. -
