If you are making your own juice, you are in control of the salt
content. As far as conquering blandness goes, I've always liked a little
Worcestershire sauce in V-8 and Tabasco or black pepper does no harm
either.

I am told I shouldn't have V8 Fusion drinks because they have too much
potassium and salt.

Anyone have a recipe for a natural way that doesn't taste bland?

Fruits or vegetables are not really what I like to eat.

Meat and potatoes are for me and doctor says no.

Have you tried Kagome? The Purple Roots & Fruits is my favorite as it
tastes like a hearty grape juice.

Even the low sodium V-8? That's what I buy my wife. She doesn't have
health issues with salt, just aesthetic ones. She prefers low saly
turkey at the deli too.

There is a new "to me" V8 called Splash. It has low sodium and
potassium I haven't tried it yet but I bought 4 bottles. Orange and
Mango

The Fusion was surprisingly good for something that is supposed to be
good for you.

I used to have a good recipe for V-8. Perhaps this one will do.
