Default Carne in su jugo

Has any one ever had this ? There is a little Mexican place next door
to where I am working. Their food is excellent. This Carne is the
speciality of the house,served with avacado, and sliced radishes on
top and fresh hot tortillas. This is wonderful

Not by that name. Is it like a roast beef au jus or is it a beef soup
