Hello,

I am looking for an Indian Spice (or mix) that a coworker of mine from
a few years back would use. She was Punjab and always brought in a
dish that was potatoes with some kind of spices on them that made it
so the potatoes were an earthy green. I know it was not Curry but I
have no other information other than I remember how really good they
were so I am looking for the name of the spice(s) and the recipe.
