I found this idea at minimumresaleprice.com with a restaurants
anonymous portion towards the beggining.

Oh c'mon, you didn't want to invest in this idea?:

OK Folks: RFC is now going to be a pay-only site. Each posts costs
$.10 from now on. This will help tone down on that mindless chatter
we have going on here, and get rid of those persons who never post
about food. Expect a monthly bill at the end of every month.
