Damn!! I don't get choked up easily, but your post made me very sad. I feel kinda selfish for being obsessed with trying to make a cheesecake. I've never made tuna casserole because I don't like it. I wish I could help there. Anything else around there you could maybe make some soup with the can you have, and have the tuna on crackers? Noodles in soup is pretty good. Wish I could help more.
