Dinner on a damp and chilly evening...
Three bean chili. This was made with Cannelini beans, Red Kidney beans, and Black
beans. Only had one small onion, so I made do with that plus a few shallots. I don't like big chunks of tomatoes in my chili so I used crushed tomatoes, gold and red, that my mom put up last summer. Warm, filling, delicious. Ahhh, the simple things. After the last couple days, I surely do appreciate them. kimberly |
