Default acorn squash!

HELP!
what am i suppose to do with all of these.....................every time
tom goes outside to the garden he brings in more..................my
neighbors are satiated.............
can i bake them all up, scoop and freeze?

That's what I do with winter squash. I bake them and put them through the
food mill. The puree goes into freezer bags.

You sure can - I do it regularly with butternut. Make mashed squash with no
additions (no butter, etc) and freeze. WPrks fine.

Do you have a green grocer nearby? You can probably "pawn
off" your extras there.

You can do exactly that. Acorn squash also makes a great "pumpkin" pie.

I sold about 50 lbs of my pumpkins and squash to my local Asian grocer.
Admittedly for not a lot of money, but it was nice to think they'd be used.
