I prefer my cereal dry. Don't like milk at all.

"Proper" people don't eat cereal at all. They eat
Beef Wellington three meals a day and only drink red wine.

I prefer to take a funnel and place it in the top of a gallon of milk. Then
I pour the contents of a box of cereal into the milk. Seems like the perfect
ratio to me.

You might look at the box. My box of Cheerios says 3/4 cup. They also
give nutrition information with 1/2 cup of skim milk added.
