It's been 8 days

since I got back from 4 nights of camping. This will be the first
time I've cooked over wood since then. Doing burgers tonight, and
maybe some brats too. I had actually gotten tired of hickory smoke.

I finally found some brisket at a decent price.
I'm going to BBQ one this weekend over hickory, and I can't wait.
Never done it before.
