Wild Oats-St. Louis and Little Rock
Grass fed sirloin steaks for $4.99/#. I bought one that was 1-3/4" to
2" thick for under $8. Going to cook it over hickory wood. With Whole Foods buying Wild Oats, we won't ever see such great prices on those type of steaks. --Bryan |

The business section of our newspaper had an article a few weeks ago purporting that WF would close the majority of WO if the merger went through. gloria p |

In my area or at least not too far away I have several meat markets with excellent fresh, never frozen meats. Pete C. |

The other type of place I've had good luck with is restaurant suppliers. They vary from average to outstanding, but searching around I've found a few with superior meats at great prices. They require a resale license to purchase, but it's worth the trouble. -- Reg |
