Default Seaweed Flavor Doritos

Had a dream last night in which someone shared a bag of seaweed flavor
Doritos with me. I like seaweed in Japanese dishes, but if my dream ever
comes true and some wet-behind-the-ears marketing whiz invents seaweed
Doritos, don't waste your money. Awful.

:-)

Dunno about that. Think about the seaweed wrapped rice crackers. And
we had some "rice seasoning" that I added to a loaf of bread a few
times that had seaweed and sesame in it, and it was pretty nice-
tasting.

True, neither of those is corn-based, but with the right complement of
seasonings, I could see seaweed doritos making a passable snack.

I'd buy a bag. No doubt about it.

Believe it or not, someone offered up some Seaweed treated popcorn at
work a couple of months ago. I kid you not. Don't remember the brand but
it was one of the major ones.

It was totally disgusting, and I happen to like sushi rolls and I've
used shredded seaweeds in soups.

It does not go well with popcorn. ;-p

Same here. They'd have to be better than the barbecue rib flavored potato
chips I tried a few weeks ago <gag>. I could almost scrape the porky grease
from the roof of my mouth.
