I looks like this site copied most of the recipes, without attribution,
from the "The Historic American Cookbook Project" Web site at Michigan
State University:

I checked both of the sites out, they do have a large selection of
free cookbooks and the ones they did copy have been attributed to The
Historic American Cookbook Project, did you bother having a look

Either the Online Book Initiative or the Gutenberg Project
had that 1800's cookbook I posted about some time ago.
