OT - New System
When I read the thread about getting the new Windoze Vista OS
last week, I thought "no way, I like XP". And I wasn't planning to get a new system anytime soon anyway. Then Miguel tried to download some giant image from NASA's site yesterday, causing a lovely burning smell to issue from the CPU area. I decided that what the heck, I'm working now, so we went out and got a new system. It came preloaded with Vista, and I admit, I like it! We'll see how it goes. ObFood: We spent most of the last 30 hours Spring cleaning the living room -- removing the old desk and computer, putting in all the new stuff, etc. So it was Domino's pizza for dinner. Ugh! The only good thing about that stuff is it keeps me from overeating. And no, we don't have anything better around here... -- Jani in WA |
