Thanks ... Cathy..for putting my 'mugshot' up on the RFC Web Site today.. I
also put my birthday as well on the 'Birthday' page, after posting on RFC
now ..on and off since around 1999 or 2000.. (not quite sure of the dates
<g> )

Just to let you all know..I now expect a 'Birthday ' Greeting every
October.. (and will let you all know just where in Oz you send my birthday
'Prezzie's to.. <VBG>...)

Hi there Steve, No, that other Barry with the cat is certainly not me..I do
have a Siamese Cat ...but I haven't had my picture taken with her.. She is
14 1/2 years old now....

I haven't seen any other 'Barry' here myself..at least not in their general
ID name...

I watched JO yesterday, his guest chef made pork with cracklins and a
apricot dish.
Guest chef pan fried the leg of pork steaks then trimmed of the cracklin
part first. He made the cracklin in a fry pan...used a weight to hold it
flat and finished it in a oven.

The quartered apricots were fried up in a very lightly oiled pan briefly
then a little balsamic vinegar and a drizzle of honey...chopped fresh sage
was added to the pan after it was off the heat to wilt...sounded
good...suggested to use near ripe appricots...to add a touch of tang.
