Maybe it would add some flavour to a mango salad - as in a dressing. And it just so happens that my uncle is bringing preserved duck for supper tomorrow. I'll have to research what exactly to do with it. But thanks for the mango suggestions - elaine |

A hotdog IN a roll with mango salsa. The customers had "mile wide" smiles while eating them! http://www.pukadog.com/ I'll have to find some and put it on some hotdogs. Before the Gieco caveman in the restaurant ordering the duck with mango salsa, I thought it was a joke! Andy Doesn't Do Duck |

I screwed up the last mango sauce I made... It won't happen again. :-d -- Peace, Om Remove _ to validate e-mails. "My mother never saw the irony in calling me a Son of a bitch" -- Jack Nicholson |
