Interesting. I bought mango salsa just before christmas, but haven't opened
it yet. Too good for chips? Maybe it would add some flavour to a mango
salad - as in a dressing.

And it just so happens that my uncle is bringing preserved duck for supper
tomorrow. I'll have to research what exactly to do with it. But thanks for
the mango suggestions -

Recently I saw a TV show featuring the "Puka Dog" from Kauai, Hawaii. A
hotdog IN a roll with mango salsa. The customers had "mile wide" smiles
while eating them!
