Default 2006 Pineapple Crop...

So far it looks like a good one! I have purchased 2 from Hawaii - Del
Monte Gold. They were both surpurb despite being a bit on the un-ripe
side. Can't wait to see what the season brings!

Last week King Soopers was selling the Del Monte Golds for $1.00 each! I
bought 4 of them.

There must be a bumper crop in Costa Rica. Local Sam's Club here in
Ontario, Canada, had beautiful, very large, sweet, juicy, extra tasty
pineapples on sale last week for CDN $1.98.

I bought a couple a week and a half ago on a BOGO. They're wonderful.
I just cut the second one about a half hour ago.
