Where can I find a good video and guide or cookbook to learn about Chinese Cooking?
The place that I have found that was decent to learn about Chinese
cooking was at: http://www.wokfusion.com. Do anyone know of any resources books, videos, and/or ingredients that I can learn this style of cooking? I am new at this cooking. Please let me know. |
