Default Mole and Puebla, Mexico

The "Escapes" section of the NY Times today has an article and pictures
about Puebla, Mexico. Talks about mole poblano and the other varieties
of mole, mentions the market and cooking classes and restaurants, and
discusses the origins of mole sauce. No recipes, but interesting for
foodies thinking of good places to travel. -aem
