Baked Carp
1 Carp, gutted and skinned 1 pine board a little bigger that the carp Clean em both real good Marinade (soak) the carp for a day in a mixture of red wine (or Nite Train), Old Bay, lemon, salt, pepper, garlic salt and water (amts. to your taste). Soak the board for a day in water. Put the fish on the board and bake at 300 for 3 hrs. Remove from oven, cool 1 hr., discard fish, eat board. Serves 1 to 4 ..depends on size of the board.
