Default Hi, DENVER!

Got yourselves some snow!!!

Wish I was there!

If only the snow fell on the slopes! It's one thing to hit them, it's
another to get to 'em.

Yep. DIA (airport) had over 100 flights canceled or delayed today.
I-70 was closed much of the day due to a rock slide and various
accidents. The ski areas are loving the publicity.

The mountains and foothills had up to two feet of snow added to the
storms they have been experiencing for almost a month.

In our area (SE suburbs) we had about 12 inches of very heavy, wet snow.
By 5PM it was 37 degrees and it was melting off the trees quickly.
Unfortunately overnight it will get considerably colder and all the
melted stuff will freeze on the pavement. Tomorrow morning's rush hour
will be like bumper cars on the roads.
