Default Chicken from Cuisine at Home

Yeserday, I made the crumbed chicken that was in the sample issue they sent
me. The day before I went into town and bought a loaf of Ciabatta bread,
crumbed in the the Food Processor ( first time I used THAT in a year or so ! )
and followed the recipe, almost exactly (don't do that too often either. It was
delicious, I had a bit of trouble getting all of the crumbs to stick, but it
was OK, the lemon juice and zest added a little extra to the chicken and the
coating. The only thing I did differently was keep the crumbs in the oven a bit
longer as the bread was very fresh, and it took a little bit longer to dry it
out.

This was delicious and I will try the recipe with the parmasan cheese the next
time.
