Default The ever charming Margaret Suran

I just got back from NYC a couple hours ago.
The wedding was delightful, the reception was raucous, the after-party was
deep thumping loud and obnoxious.
The blisters on my feet are big enough to be seen from space which is weird
since my feet are tiny. I learned at 4am, while drunk, that if you aren't
careful you can end up on a train to Queens and getting back can be confusing.

The highlight of the trip (besides the drunk guy at the reception that threw
me to the floor and jumped on me) was meeting RFC's true Royalty, Margaret
Suran.

There is nothing I can say that will truly sum up what a wonderful and sweet
person Margaret is. David and I met Margaret and Marcel at Carmines on
Broadway Sunday night. Margaret puts you instantly at ease, she is one of the
most comfortable people I've been around. We ate and drank and laughed and
Margaret told a deliciously scandalous story that left me speechless.

Our dinner started with a very garlicky caeser salad, anchovies on the side. I
even tried some anchovy and it as not so bad. Next was eggplant parmigiana,
super delightful. The entree was veal in lemon butter sauce on linguini which
was just excellent. We finishedoff the meal with ice cream and espresso.

Margaret sent me home with a care package, food so we wouldn't starve on the
plane! Chocolate covered graham crackers, rugelach and 2 apples.

There are no words to describe how happy I am to have met Margaret, she is
truly an incredible and hysterical person.
