My mother used to make it with six lemons and six limes. She would
throw juice, skins, seeds and all into a big glass pitcher with some
water and about a half cup of sugar and let it all steep in the fridge
for two or three days, adding more sugar if it was too bitter. That was
some good lemonade. There was obviously less than six gallons of it
though.

Lemonade concentrate
Bring to a boil
12 cups sugar
6 cups water
1 cup lemon zest
Cool, then add 1 & 1/2 gallons lemon juice
Strain out the zest. To mix, use 1 part base to 2-3 parts water. To be
honest, I made this all the time at the restuarant I was working at,
but never mixed it- I was a prep cook. So you will have to test out how
much water you need for the right flavor
