Default HELP: Burned ceramic hob - anyway to fix it...?

HI All!

We left a pan on the ceramic hob and the contents boiled dry.

Now the hob has a horid white ring on it - sorta like a burn and I just wondered if anyone knew how to repair or get rid of this.

Many thanks in advance for any ideas.

regards.

Sid

If it's ceramic like Corning Ware, you can make a thick paste with
baking soda and water and rub gently. It's a mild abrasive. That's
what I use on my Corning Ware casserole dishes.......Sharon
