Default Rec: Smoked Fish Dinner

A quickie... makes a meal for two.

A kipper and a slice of Smoked Mackerel - both grilled, each side, skin side
UP first to get it really crisped and golden.
Grill them on a "Pan" shaped piece of foil and reserve the run-off oils and
juices.

Microwave and then mash roughly a large Courgette (Zucchini) Season and
flavour it with a little of the Fish Oils and juices, a squeeze of Lemon and
some crushed black pepper. Toss on Chopped Parsley if wanted.

Strip the bones from the Kipper and take off the fillets - leave the skin
ON - same with the Mackerel.
Roughly flake the meats - not too fine - and dribble ontop of the Mashed
Courgette.
Garnish with Topped & Tailed Radishes and some torn Celery Leaves.
Unusual - addition - I also segmented a small orange, drizzled the collected
juice onto the fish pieces and put segments of the orange round the plate as
an "extra"

Metered this time - pp = 4.9.
+60 mins =5.3
+120 Mins = 5.1
