Default REC: egg and shrimp-salat

Egg and shrimp salat:

Low carb, high protein.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner

2 servings:

2 boiled eggs, chopped
200 grams of Cottage Cheese
150 grams of Shrimps.

Mix in a bowl and spice with salt, pepper and curry

Can be eaten with an ordinary salat, on whole-grain bread (nicest if it is
well-toasted)

Enjoy

G'day G'day Louise,

Thanks. That sounds simple and doesn't require cooking.

Best wishes,
