Dr. Bivins is a board certified family physician and a member of the
American Academy of Family Physicians, the Florida Academy of Family
Physicians, the Chattanooga Hamilton County Medical Society, the
Academy of HBO and Underwater Medical Society, the American Women
Medical Association and the American Medical Association.

his residency at Methodist Hospital of Indiana. He is a member of the
