The following have less than 3 gr net carb:
Macadamias - 10 to 12 nuts Walnuts - 14 halves Almonds - 14 nuts Pecans - 14 halves Sunflower seeds, hulled - 3 tablespoons Peanuts, dry roasted - 26 nuts (legumes) Cashews - 2 tablespoons Chunky Peanut Butter (natural) - 2 tablespoons |
