appreciated. A total of 270 different menus that meet or are very close to
meeting the NIH Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005 are available.
Exchange List information is provided with each food item.

Our company maintains the Exchange List for Meal Planning Food Database for
the ADA.

Without looking I'd say too many carbs...The ADA is just plain carb crazy.
