1 serving 1/2 cup Creamed Cottage Cheese Pinch Chives 2 Tbsp Pecans -- chopped 2 large Lettuce Leaves Combine cottage cheese, chives, and pecans. Spread a thick layer on the lettuce leaves. Roll the leaves and secure with food picks. Chill. When set, remove the toothpicks and serve with vinaigrette or ranch dressing.
